It is two months into the new year and i finally took some time out to write something in this space. This two months have been good to me as even though life can get a lil repetitive and boring, i am glad that new people entered my life. Working at MSIG i a good experience for me, it is like one step closer to OL life. The people here are very nice too, yet i realize how many people are actually trapped in life doing things that that may not really want to do.(Fun Fact: According to my company's website there is actually 540 employees in the MSIG Singapore branch) Apparently for my colleague, she wanted to try working in the office to serve as a reminder how she do not want to end up being an OL.
Such a heavy start to this year and so much traveling around really makes me want to stay home. I have been doing quite a fair bit of online shopping and i actually got myself a phone on Qoo10. It is considered damn risky as the Google Nexus 5 isn't sold in
Singapore at all and there is no warranty provided at all. Risky you might say but i just can't miss the opportunity to get such a gorgeous phone at such a good price. And in case you wonder, i got it for 564 SGD including a next day delivery and a screen protector. I got the red version and it i really glowing neon red when you see it in real life.
One of the most important event that has happened for me in this year is definitely my first Chinese New Year celebration in Singapore. I got to see my cousins that i might have not seen for 4 to 5 years and also have a proper steamboat with my family and relatives. I am not joking when i say this is our first time having steamboat together as a family and i was mad excited. However, I didn't really did much house visiting and thus the lack of photo updates on my Instagram.
This year was also the first time in forever we went to the Marina Bay floating platform to see the lights. I can tell you the food there was a total scam and honestly speaking it was just too crowded for my liking. Yes, I am someone that does not like to be in the crowd as much as my character shown otherwise.

As it draws closer to the date of A Level results release I can't help but worry how i am gonna fare, because honestly speaking this exam could be a life changer. Things can get better beyond this point but it can get hell lot worse too.
