很多年以后，任欲是这样回忆的：假如把人生的命运比喻成门的话，那么人生好像由无数的门组成，你站在成千上万的门口，你可以选择打开那一道门，可是却不知道每一扇门的后面等待你的会是什么，当你打开其中一扇门的同时，其实已经有无数扇门在我们毫无知觉的情况下为我们打开了。
　　很多年前，东方有一个伟人在中国地图上打开了一道门，那道门原本只是一个穷困潦倒的小渔村，现在却是令世界惊讶不已的经济特区——深圳，从此中国的国门打开了，因此改革开放开始了。在后来的许多年，北京有一个部长把一纸建议送到教育部，很快这个建议就被政府部门采纳。于是在全国范围里，高校的大门打开了，入学率大幅度增加，老百姓把这件事叫做扩招。
　　在这一年的扩招大军中，手里还握着大学录取通知书的任欲正站在××大学的大门口，心中油然而生一种崇高之情，这就是他梦寐以求的地方，这就是他为之奋斗的理想，这就是所有莘莘学子的梦想。
　　“喂，走开，不要挡路！”门卫的喊声打断了任欲的抒情思路。任欲看了下周围，发现自己身后停着一辆黑得发亮的三塔纳轿车，确认是自己阻碍了交通，急忙推着单车让到路边去。
　　后面那张三塔纳轿车并不急于前进，停了一会儿，前车门开了，下来4个人，然后，后车门打开，先下一男的，在下一女，又下一女的，然后男的，任欲统计了下这次一共下了8个人。门卫并没有出来指挥交通，心里在想又是送学生的。
　正当任欲数人数时，他这才发现那些人在用一种奇怪的眼神看了过来，正值夏末，任欲穿着父亲煤矿上发的上面印有“劳动模范”的体恤，裤子是条分不清颜色的牛仔裤，脚上泥泞的石林牌运动鞋还露出两个脚趾丫。任欲也看到了对周围环境的格格不入，两只脚不自然地搓了搓，后面成千上万的新生像钱塘江大潮一样涌向校门。
　　这是开学的第一天，学校里人山人海，很快任欲就被拥挤的人群所吞没。“小伙子，要毛片吗?”“同学，要便宜的被单吗？”“先生，到我们宾馆吧，有特殊服务”“卖新疆烤肉串了，卖新疆烤肉串了”“算命，算命，不准不收钱”，这不是那个农贸市场，这就是生产国家干部、学者、教师、诗人、疯子、经理、黑客的地方。
　　任欲推着那辆浑身都会响的凤凰牌自行车在校园里转了半天，楞是没找到可以停车的地方，校园里停满了各式各样、五颜六色任欲叫不出名字的轿车。最后任欲好不容易把自行车停好，就急急忙忙地加入缴费大军里。报到、领表格、转户口、转团、交学费。任欲挤进又挤出，去了一边又去另一边，任欲忙得倒是满头大汗，可是还是看见旁边一女孩在不慌不忙地嗑瓜子，凑过去一问，才知她家的二姑姑、大婶、外婆、三大爹等等全来了，“你就说自己会做嘛。”“他们不让，我也没办法。”小姑娘一脸无奈。
　　学费4000元，书费1000元，校服费250元，军训费200元。任欲交完这些钱，数数了还剩500元，心想还有住宿费没交呢，因为扩大招生，学校扩建校舍，住宿分普通宿舍和公寓，普通宿舍400元，公寓1000元，任欲毫不犹豫的选择了前者，可是学校今年要求所有新生住公寓，这时，外面下起了大雨，任欲打听了下总务处的具体地址，就冲进了雨里。
　　“请进。”任欲推门进去，见一头有点秃，瘦瘦的男人正拿着报纸看。
　　“请问贾处长在吗？”
　　“我就是，同学，你有什么事？”贾处长边问边放下手中的报纸。
　　“老师你好，我是今年的新生，我想问问我可不可不住公寓？”
　　“你为什么不住公寓？”贾处长皱起了眉头，心想又一刁民。任欲站在办公桌旁搓着脚，一言不发。
　　贾处长看出点眉目了，说：“同学，你有什么难处吗？”任欲默默地从身上摸出村上和队上开出的几张皱巴巴的纸，上前把它们放在桌子上，然后又回到原位，那是任欲贷款用的贫困证明，。
　　贾处长随意地拿起纸看了看，又把它扔到桌子上，摇晃着椅子，不慌不忙地说：“可是学校有规定啊！难办啊。”
　　“可是……。”
　　任欲从总务处出来，已经是黑夜降临的时候，任欲磨破嘴皮终于拿到了准许他住普通宿舍的证明，任欲心中暗喜了一阵，600元呢，在家可以买两只小猪仔了，这时任欲才想起他还没吃饭呢。
　　任欲在校门口买了两个包子，一边吃，一边找自行车，可是找了半天却找不到了。
　　按理说小偷是看不上这张自行车的，把这车当废铁卖也不值几毛钱，任欲认为是保卫以影响校园环境的名义把车没收了，所以立刻直奔保卫室，他又和保卫磨了半个小时的嘴皮子，保卫才同意把车物归原主，可是去领车的时候，车子却不易而飞了。
　　任欲手握保卫赔给他的20元钱，走着走着，眼睛一红，就蹲在一垃圾桶旁边，把所有的委屈和痛苦都哭了出来，
　　没有人听到任欲的哭声。在任欲生命中要出现的几个或者无数的人，哪怕是擦肩而过的，也不知道自己怎样出场，怎样落幕，又是怎样表演的，仿佛一切都是命中注定的。
　　那时，陆明宇在自习室抱着《微积分》狂啃，苏倾国正挽着在电视台工作，手里拎着大包小包的男朋友逛商场，欧阳明莉正在看琼瑶的《还珠格格》，李鸣还在网吧里玩CS。

坐在飞机上向下望，这个城市像一个毫无生气，飘着磷火的坟场，人们就像匆匆忙忙奔向死亡的蝼蚁。
　　站在大厦向四周看，这个城市像一个正在上演，带着面具的舞台，人们就像被命运玩弄于掌心的玩偶。
　　12月25日，圣诞节。
　　成千上万的气球在这个城市的上空飘荡，彩灯将街道两旁的树木点缀得异彩纷呈，餐馆和商店都装潢一新，大街上到处是向行人兜售圣诞礼物的小贩，为孩子散发糖果的圣诞老人和欢乐的人群。
　　一辆白色宝马在拥挤的人群中艰难地缓缓前进，驾驶座上的男人正专心开车，后座的两个女孩还在沉浸在圣诞舞会的狂欢中，一路唧唧喳喳。电视里播放着李咏在倒数10、9、8、7、6、5……。
　　车速并不快，因为车刚驶出人群，开宝马的男人准备提速，天空中炸出一阵阵绚烂美丽的烟花，所有的人都大喊新年快乐，一个女孩指着天上叫另一个女孩看，男人好奇的向后张望，忽然，一个黑影从天而降，重重地砸在车上，把男人吓了一身冷汗，有个女孩尖叫起来。
　　几个小时后，车主在交警询问时，紧张地语无伦次，两个女孩在旁边低声哭泣，交警从死者的钱包里掏出一张名信片，上面只有两个字“任欲”。任欲被车子生生拖了十几米，死地惨不忍睹，一个记者抬着摄像机对着尸体拍个不停。镜头下，任欲浑身是血，大小肠纠缠着在肚子外沓着，一脸奇异地笑，整个身体缩成一团，血一直流到路旁下水道里。
　　烟花依旧在湛蓝的天空中依次绽放，唱诗班的歌声在教堂中响起，任欲的尸体静静地躺在地上，满脸是血，看不到任何表情，眼睛却一直睁着，似乎在看着什么，月亮冷冷地挂在天上，夜静了，花谢了，灯灭了。
　　这座寂寞而喧闹的城市，一座充满欲望的浮土，一朵散发迷人芳香却浑身毒液的花，一座巨大而人群拥挤过往的站台。
　　从清晨到黑夜，从昏黄到黑夜，不管你来自何方，也不管你将走向何处，我们聚拢，我们分散，没有哪一双脚步驻留，我们为了生活、名利、野心、梦想、爱情……纷扰不停，来来去去，忙忙碌碌。可是所有的站台，只是我们生命途中的小憩，不管你是否准备好没有，是富贵还是穷苦，是默默无闻还是闻名暇耳，你终将回到你来的地方，死者的容颜灰飞湮灭，活者依旧谈笑自如，来的脚步终究会掩盖去的脚步，终有一天，死者里，你我或在其中；活者里，另一个的你我或在其间。

today is more than a normal day,it is an happy occasion

started the day in a 'weird' way cos i woke up by a scare from my sister (cool man)

then prepared everything as usual

i started to hate learnin
WRS won YU YING secondary:) n lose to nan yang n st hilda sec:( n got kick out of the nationals
now is up to we the WRS sec1(08) to work hard n try our very best to win our way to top3in the VB under13 competition tis year end and to the top of the singapore next year......

today i went 4 trainin it was at 1st outdoors because of the sec2 r havin a dengue brief
then bout 10am we moved indoors when the sec2 went away
then coach talk bout us eatin junk food n drinkin packet drinks which contains processed sugar
she want us to cut down eatin such food

we practised our service n i not onli did not improve but also deprove
i could not control the ball well
i am very disapointed with my self todae then coach later told me to be patient to myself

aft trainin we went to admiralty de mcdonalds to eat
i ordered a student meal n dunno wats an upsize then cause lot of prob to the person serving me
finally sat down to eat then xue li n shun yi offered me lots of fries then i also eat alot xue li ltr ask chao xin to buy ice-cream 4 her then see cx so lonely then go accompany her infront of us was a small boy which is quite short then the person sellin the ice-cream nv see him then we point to the boy then the person give us a paiseh look~~~~~~~~so funny^-^

A Little Life Lesson
About eight months ago I worked in a potato factory about half an hour south of Perth city in Western Australia. The company name was Beta Spuds, then located near Fremantle. My job was to bag potatoes in 20kg and 10kg bags, stitch them up and put them on pallets.

There were six baggers, including me, and Monday to Friday was a 6am start and usually a standard seven to nine hour day job. Every day at 8:35am we had a short break for twenty minutes. Everyone use to buy food from the jiffy van that use to stop past the factory.

About three weeks into the job our regular jiffy van lady was replaced by a young girl about 20 years old, same age as me then. I immediately took a liking to her because she was so nice and always happy. I just had to get her phone number and ask her out even though I didn't know her name.

Anyway I am very nervous when it comes to talking to girls so I petitioned my three friends to talk to her and get her name and number for me; they agreed. I got little sleep that night due to the excitement I felt.

The next day I came in at 6am, as usual, and started getting nervous. Those two and a half hours seemed to take forever as I waited, then it came.

I was too scared to even get any food so I waited inside for five minutes and then came my three friends back into the shed. They walked up and handed me a small piece of paper with a name and number on it. Her name was Vicky, and I loved that name.

I wrote her number in my phone with my hands still shaking from nerves. I waited one day then started messaging her and asked her to the movies the next day. My three friends were watching as I texted.

They had a small snicker as they watched what I was writing, but thankfully she agreed to go out on the weekend to see a movie and go ten pin bowling. She just seemed so enthusiastic about it and asked me to talk to her tomorrow. I agreed and my fear turned to shear excitement.

The next day came and again I was more nervous than ever as I waited for morning break, and then it came. I watched her van arrive slowly from the distance and then pull up. I waited at the back of the line to be served, for a bit of privacy.

Soon enough it was my turn to be served so I got my usual sausage roll and asked her how she was. She smiled at me and said, "Good, thank you, how are you" and with a smile I replied "Very good, thank you muchly", and gave her the money for the roll.

I was stiff with fear at this point and just stood there. She looked at me again and said, "Is that everyone?" I said, "Yes, I think so", and she quickly walked away into the van and sped off. I felt crushed, so I sat down at the bench and remained quiet.

Five minutes later I got a message that read, "Where were you? How come you never talked to me?"

I replied, "I did but you ran off".

I waited for three hours and didn't get a single message. I was devastated. I wrote a very long apology and said I wouldn't bother her anymore.

About halfway through the message, my manager walked past and asked what I was doing? So I explained I was apologizing to the jiffy girl for upsetting her, so he let me finish my apology message.

After about five minutes I finished and pressed send. As coincidence has it, my manager got a message the very second I pressed send. He pulled out his phone and showed me the apology I just wrote.

The whole shed didn't stop laughing for weeks because as it turns out my friends pretended to get the jiffy girls number and instead gave me my manager Jason's phone number.

I felt so relieved that I didn't cause disappointment but at the same time a little humiliated. But what the heck, I still laugh about that today.

The lesson they taught me was that if you really want something, you should get it yourself. And now I know whenever I want to ask someone out, never trust your friends to do it for you because everyone has to overcome their fears, sometimes, to get what they want and that is the way it should be.

then we decide to go to the big pool but i dun wan cos i scared i drown cos not beri skilled in swimmin

we went to netball trainin for the SEM thingey but looks like we play more than train

i had volleyball trainin ytd and my arm is in great pain as i had use too much strength -_-sob
