today i went 4 trainin it was at 1st outdoors because of the sec2 r havin a dengue brief
then bout 10am we moved indoors when the sec2 went away
then coach talk bout us eatin junk food n drinkin packet drinks which contains processed sugar
she want us to cut down eatin such food

we practised our service n i not onli did not improve but also deprove
i could not control the ball well
i am very disapointed with my self todae then coach later told me to be patient to myself

aft trainin we went to admiralty de mcdonalds to eat
i ordered a student meal n dunno wats an upsize then cause lot of prob to the person serving me
finally sat down to eat then xue li n shun yi offered me lots of fries then i also eat alot xue li ltr ask chao xin to buy ice-cream 4 her then see cx so lonely then go accompany her infront of us was a small boy which is quite short then the person sellin the ice-cream nv see him then we point to the boy then the person give us a paiseh look~~~~~~~~so funny^-^

we ltr went to the admiral park to meet ying jie but she suddenly dun wan come(i dunno y cos nv hear clearly when xp says) we den play ourselves then i stare into space cx then say i look like im possessed

cx mum suddenly call then we went home
at the bus stop we wait 4 bus until sian then when bus come they dun wan board cos too many people
when we finally got onto the bus we talk as usual
